WAVE MECHANICS believes that every employee at our facility has the potential to be a great asset to the company and to the society. As a part of the onboarding process, all the employees undergo a Cross-training program which involves teaching them the skills required to perform other job functions in the organization. Employees involved in cross-training programs become skilled at tasks outside the usual parameters of their jobs and thus become greater assets for the company while gaining knowledge and skills that benefit them personally.

Cross-Training our employees also gives the company a greater scheduling flexibility and leads to operational improvements. Perhaps the most important benefit that accrues cross-training programs, however, is greater job satisfaction among employees.
